MakeMyReadme uses GitHub repository context to generate reviewable README documentation. This policy explains what data may be processed and why.
Data we may collect
We may collect GitHub account metadata, repository metadata, selected repository content, generated README output, job status, token estimates, usage logs, checkout status, and payment metadata from Stripe. We do not ask you to provide secret API keys.
How the data is used
The data is used to authenticate your GitHub account, inspect repository context, estimate generation cost, generate README documentation, create requested Pull Requests, prevent abuse, support payments, and respond to support requests.
Service providers
MakeMyReadme may use GitHub for repository access, Stripe for payment processing, hosting and database providers for application operation, and model providers for README generation.
Retention and deletion
Product records may be retained to operate the service, support payment records, and debug generation jobs. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact contact@bewide.ai. You can revoke GitHub access from your GitHub account settings.
